Meet Your Needs

Upon your arrival at the Mediterranean Spa, your Receptionist will conduct a brief consultation to ensure that you have the treatments best suited to your needs. Please advise the Receptionist if you are pregnant or have any health issues. Our Receptionists are experienced in all treatments and would be delighted to assist you in planning your spa programme if you are staying in the hotel for more than one day.

Preparation for your treatment

For women, no preparation is necessary unless you are having facial treatment. Your contact lens are advised taking off during treatment. Other treatments require no preparation. For men, we recommend shaving prior to having a facial for maximum comfort and benefit to the skin.

Appointments

Advance reservations are recommended. Please call 510 from your room. Name and contact information are required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Check – in

We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment. Before your treatment you will be requested to complete a medical evaluation form. In consideration of all Spa guests and therapists, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and the full value of your treatment will be applied.

Cancellation policy

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, cancellations must be received at least 4 hours prior to appointment time or the full service fee is charged.

Late Arrivals

In the event that you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterward.

Age requirement

The Centre is appropriate for guests 14 years and older. For the cold months of spring and autumn our young friends are welcome to the internal swimming ground floor pool from 08:30 – 12:00 but should be accompanied by their parents.

No lifeguard is provided.

Spa etiquette

is a full-service facility available to all resort guests. In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cellular phones be turned off while at the Spa.

In addition, the Centre is a non – smoking facility.

Spa appearance

Please remove all jewellery and clothing, leaving on your undergarments. For some treatments you will be provided with disposable undergarments by your therapist. If your treatment involves water therapy you are required to wear a swimsuit.

The management cannot be held responsible for the loss of any personal possessions.

During your treatment

Please let your therapists know if you are comfortable or uncomfortable, too warm or too cold, or if their pressure is too light or too firm. Our goal is to make you feel the ultimate experience like in no other place in the world.

For you to maintain your beauty regime at home – A full range of products can be purchased via out Beauty Therapists. Please ask them for their recommendations.
